The last couple of years have been tremendously exciting ones for Graham, as he travelled widely in search of new inspiration for his work. A deep journey throughout Jamaica resulted in his first "Jamaica Series" exhibition, which recorded many of the iconic images from around the island, and was to become one of his most well received, critically as well as commercially.

A boat tour of the Mediterranean, through Sardinia, Malta, Sicily and the Balearic islands, followed by a trek through ancient and mysterious Turkey excited Graham's imagination beyond belief, and inspired some of the most dramatic paintings of his long and varied career.

Looking ahead, we have significantly updated a number of sections on the website, from adding exciting new images to "The Paintings" section, to the creation of a new "Artist Homes" page, designed to give you a peek, and possibly tempt you, into sharing some of the living spaces which the artist calls home.

True to form, Graham Davis has planned a year which mixes work, with the search for inspiration and relaxation in equal measures. The calendar of exhibitions begins at the end of January, when Diane McConnell and Melinda Burrowes, renowned Kingston-based purveyors of fine art, present their first ever solo exhibition, of paintings by Davis, on January 31.
