Graham
Davis Press Release :: October 2002

Favourite Images
After having not exhibited for a number of years, Graham Davis returns to Jamaica and Antigua in November and December, with a series of major exhibitions showcasing his travels and favourite images.

Jamaica
Davis last exhibited in Jamaica in 2000, when he presented his first ever At Home show, to wide critical and commercial acclaim, at his historic plantation house in the hills above St Ann's Bay.

In the intervening years, Graham Davis has travelled widely throughout Jamaica, exploring untrodden parts of the Eastern Parishes and the dramatic mountains overlooking Kingston, and Southern Europe, discovering ruins and hidden gardens in the Spanish Mediterranean, Provence, Tuscany and Umbria.

Continuing his affair with the old and new, Davis has selected images of boats, crumbling churches and pristine facades, pots of roses and fields of wildflowers, amongst others, for his second At Home exhibition on Sunday November 24, 2002.

Antigua
Graham Davis returns to Harmony Hall Antigua, after an absence of four years, on December 8, 2002.

This will be a homecoming exhibition of sorts, for, as a founding director of Harmony Hall Antigua, Davis has had an exciting and successful relationship with this enterprise for the past two decades.

Graham Davis is pleased to present a show primarily featuring flowers and nature; his first such undertaking in Antigua.
